KXRM6-12 All Enclosed Insulated Gas Cabinet uses SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulating medium.
The cabinet is fully sealed and insulated; Busbars, switches and live parts are completely enclosed in stainless steel shell.
The cavity is filled with 1.4bar SF6 gas, and the protection level reaches IP67: the whole switch device is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions, which can ensure the normal operation of the switch even in extreme cases such as short-term water immersion, and the product is maintenance-free for life.
The cabinet has a perfect "five-prevention" interlocking device, which completely eliminates the possible operation failures of personnel and equipment caused by human misoperation.
All cabinets have reliable safe pressure relief channels, which can ensure the personal safety of operators even in extreme cases.

 Transformer and line protection
The KXRM6-12 All Enclosed Insulated Gas Cabinet unit combine type provides two transformer protection modes, namely, the load switch fuse combination apparatus and the circuit breaker with relay protection.

1. Transformer protection is a combination of current-limiting high-voltage fuse and load switch. The fuse room will be installed behind a separate locked enclosure located in the front of the unit. The load switch uses a spring energy storage mechanism, which can be triggered by the fuse striker.
2. In order to facilitate the replacement of the fuse, the operating handle can be used to remove the end cover of the fuse chamber. The tripping mechanism of the fuse is pre-positioned, which ensures the waterproof performance of the whole system.

 Auxiliary contact
All load switches and circuit breakers can be equipped with 2NO+2NC indicating switch position. A parallel trip coil (AC or DC) can be installed on the transformer switch and circuit breaker, and the low-voltage control component is located behind the front panel.
Voltage indication
Capacitive voltage indicator shows whether the bushing is charged or not, and the socket on it can be used for nuclear phase.
Short circuit and ground fault indicator
 In order to facilitate fault location, the cable switch module can be equipped with short circuit and grounding fault indicators for simple fault detection.
 Electric operation 
It is a standard scheme for manual operation mechanism of cable switch unit and transformer unit. You can also choose to install an electric operating mechanism. Cable switches, vacuum circuit breakers and grounding switches are all operated by mechanisms located behind the front panel. All switches and circuit breakers can be operated by operating handle (standard configuration), or can be equipped with motor operating mechanism (accessories). However, the grounding switch can only be operated manually, and a mechanism with the ability to close the fault current is configured.
Cabling
Standard bushings in accordance with DIN47636 are installed. All bushings have the same height from the ground and are protected by cable room cover plate. Some cover plates can be interlocked with the grounding switch, and special double cable room cover plates can also be used for double cable incoming lines.
Pressure indicator 
Usually equipped with a pressure indicator, which is formed by a pressure gauge. In addition, electrical contacts can be provided to indicate the pressure reduction.
Key lock 
Key locks for circuit breakers, load switches and grounding switches can be installed. It can be equipped with lock interlocking semi-shelter, which is suitable for circuit breakers, load switches and grounding switches.
Quencher 
All ring network units can be equipped with arc arresters. When arcing occurs inside, the arc arresters will automatically close on the incoming bushing, including D, De and V modules, and all cable modules can be equipped with an arc arrestor. They must order with the unit and can't change it.The action of arc extinguisher can be indicated by this method, and the electrical contacts in SF6 cabinet are connected to the terminal behind the front panel.
