Main structure
The main frame of GCS type Low Voltage Extraction Switch Cabinet adopts 8MF type open section steel, and the two sides of the section steel have installation holes with the modulus of 20mm and 100mm and 9.2mm respectively, so the internal installation is flexible and convenient.
The main frame is designed in two assembly forms, namely, fully assembled structure and partially welded structure (side frame and cross beam) for users to choose.
Each functional room of the device is isolated from each other, and its compartments are divided into functional unit room, bus room and cable room. The functions of each chamber are relatively independent. 
The horizontal main bus is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet, which is the basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have high short-circuit strength.
The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to go up and down.

Function unit
  1. The height of the drawer is 160mm. It is divided into 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 unit, 2 unit, 3 unit and five size series. The rated current of unit circuit is 400A or less.
  2. The drawer changes only in the height dimension, and its width and depth dimension remain unchanged. Drawers with the same functional units have good interchangeability.
  3. Each MCC cabinet can be equipped with at most 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers. Wherein more than one unit of drawer adopts a multifunctional back plate.
  4.  According to the current, the inlet and outlet lines of the drawer adopt different number of plug-ins with the same chip structure.
  5. 1/2 unit drawer and cable room are connected by ZJ-2 adapter with back plate structure.
  6. The connection between the unit drawer and the cable room adopts ZJ-1 adapter with the same size bar or tube structure according to the current grading.

  1. Improve the heat capacity of the adapter, and greatly reduce the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head and spacer.
  2. The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit will not affect the work of other units, so that the failure is limited to the minimum range.
  3.  The horizontal arrangement of buses makes the device have good dynamic and thermal stability and can withstand the impact of 80/176kA short-circuit current.
  4. The number of circuits in a single 4.MCC cabinet is as many as 22, fully considering the needs of automatic electric doors (machines) in power generation, petrochemical systems and other industries with large single unit capacity.
  5. The connection between the device and the external cable is completed in the cable compartment, and the cable can go up and down. The current transformer is installed in the cable compartment, which makes the installation and maintenance convenient.
  6. In the same power distribution system, the short-circuit current can be limited by matching current-limiting reactors, the bus voltage can be stabilized at a certain value, and the requirements for short-circuit strength of components can be partially reduced.
  7.  The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for unit 1 and above and 20 pairs for unit 1/2), which can meet the requirements of computer interface and automatic control loop for the number of contacts
