The FLRN48-12D type SF6 Load Switch is a load switch product independently developed by Kexun in China factory in 2008, which is applied to XGN15-12SF6 ring main unit. It has high economy, safety and reliability, simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking and convenient installation.
Structure and principle
The main circuit and grounding circuit of The FLRN48-12D type SF6 Load Switch are sealed in an insulating shell made of epoxy resin by APGI process, which has the advantages of good insulation performance and anti-pollution environment. The insulating shell is made up of an upper insulating cover and a lower insulating cover, which is filled with SF6 gas with a relative pressure of 0.4bar. The lower insulating cover adopts local thin-walled and thick explosion-proof membrane measures, so as to ensure that in case of accident, the pressure of overpressure SF6 gas drops after breaking through the safety film, and the gas is directly sprayed to the back of the cabinet to ensure personal safety.
